Can I use my own artwork or logos?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to submit your team’s logos or artwork for use on your custom jersey. Just make sure you have the right to use any logos or assets you send.
Who owns the final jersey design?
Custom Athletics retains full rights to any designs we create—including customs. That means we may showcase your jersey or reuse aspects of the design in future marketing, unless agreed otherwise.

Can I reuse your mock-ups with another vendor?
No. All mock-ups, concepts, and custom artwork remain our intellectual property. If you decide not to order with us, those designs may not be used elsewhere or shared with other manufacturers.

Will you show my team’s design publicly?
We may showcase completed jersey designs in our online catalog, social media, or other promotional materials. If your team prefers to opt out, just let us know in advance and we’ll respect your request.
Do you charge for design work?
There’s no charge to create a mock-up during the design process. However, that work is proprietary—meaning it can’t be taken to another vendor unless you’ve ordered with us.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of each jersey. We recommend double-checking names, numbers, sizes, and design details before submitting your final approval.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Because every jersey is made-to-order and tailored to your team’s design, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason unrelated to product defects or order errors on our end.

What if there’s an error in my order?
If there’s a mistake with your order—like a misprint or incorrect item—we’ll work quickly to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I place a single order without a team?
Yes, single orders are accepted, though pricing and shipping savings are typically applied to bulk or team orders. Customization options remain the same, regardless of quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. For large team or school orders, please reach out directly if you need an invoice or alternative payment arrangement.
How do I choose the right jersey size for my team?
We offer a full range of unisex sizes, from Youth XS to Adult 4XL (varies by product). A detailed sizing guide is available to help ensure a proper fit. We strongly recommend checking the chart or requesting samples before submitting final sizes.
How long does production take?
Our goal is always to deliver within 4 weeks of placing an order. Our average lead time is 3-5 weeks from order to delivery.
Do you offer rush production?
Rush production may be possible in select cases, depending on the product and time of year. Please contact us before ordering to see if a rush option is available for your timeline.

Is shipping free?
Yes—shipping is included for all qualifying team or group orders. For smaller or one-off orders, standard shipping rates may apply based on your location and order size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to select countries outside the U.S. Note that international shipping may involve additional fees and possible customs delays, depending on the destination.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your team.
How long are jerseys guaranteed to last?
We guarantee our jerseys for at least one full year of active use. That means they’re built to handle frequent wear and regular washing without fading, tearing, or breaking down under pressure.
What qualifies as a warranty issue?
Warranty issues typically include defective stitching, print failure, or material damage from normal play. Issues caused by misuse, alterations, or accidents outside of play may not qualify. We’re happy to review individual cases.
How do I request a replacement?
To request a replacement under warranty, email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Does the warranty cover size issues?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements or refunds for sizing issues. That’s why we strongly encourage teams to consult our sizing chart or request a sample if unsure about fit before ordering.

Can I get a replacement if my jersey fades?
Fading is rare with sublimated jerseys. However, if your jersey fades significantly under normal washing and usage within the first year, it may be covered by our warranty. Contact us for review.
